tl;dr - in the raw voter logs it seems we can use the "date last changed" to know when PA received the ballot. There are MANY THOUSANDS of votes which were received after 11/3. In the PA system they are ALL marked "last vote date" 11/3. But their "date last changed" reveals when the vote was actually physically received.
This might not be huge - but its nice to have our OWN numbers and OWN data so they cant just bullshit us.
LOOKING AT ALL THE RAW PA VOTER LOGS
- 11/04 : 493,184 ballots
- 11/05 : 317,110 ballots
- 11/06 : 172,628 ballots
TOTAL : 982,922 BALLOTS RECEIVED AFTER 11/3
[how I counted this at the bottom]
And of course Team Trump might want to throw out all ballots received AFTER 11/3.
And of course PA might claim they cant tell who is who.
But their voter log does show this info in the "date last changed" column.

PA cheaters thought that the 6th was the last cut off date. So even if the back dated they prolly put the 4th, 5th or 6th since they thought it was "legal"
So in trying to cheat and extend 3 days they actually did us a favor because we can now ID all late ballots (after 3rd).
If the cut off would have been the 3rd they could have back dated them all to the 3rd and itd make it impossible to see what is what.

- PA voter roll says he voted on 11/3
this is because that is when they OFFICIALLY count ballots
but in the voter logs it says "last change date" was 10/28/2020
USING THE SITE ABOVE we can see this is the date they RECEIVED the ballot
Not all votes can be looked up in this tool. I tested with several other names and each time if the record is found the web site "Ballot Received" date matches the voter log "date last changed" data.

I am on linux and have all PA county files in 1 folder.
Then I do this command
grep 11/04/2020 * | wc -l
This scans all files (*) for 11/04 then the wc -l command counts the lines matched.
This command searches all files and dumps the matches into a different file

Yes. Which is also illegal the way they separated them.
So if my understanding is correct the remedy will eventually be to ask that the election not be certified.
If I'm leading the strategy for the Democrats, I just go find some independent, no-party affiliation voter, maybe a couple of old ladies, and we sue or intervene in the case on behalf of independent voters.
Our argument will be that we don't care what party affiliation the Secretary of State is, the person is obviously an idiot, and that person provided legal guidance upon which poll workers relied on, in good faith, to count and enter otherwise legally cast ballots.
They will argue that my sweet old ladies mailed their ballots by the deadline, they arrived on time, but that the State of PA simply didn't enter them in time because they believed they had those additional 3 days.
Then, the media will report our sympathetic case to the world, about how the mean, nasty GOP, through their insistence on following the letter of the law, really just wants to disenfranchise these two sweet old ladies, both of whom claim they voted for Trump, but their ballots are being tossed out and that's wrong.
The remedy would be everything after the 3rd with no envelope gets tossed. Buh bye.
There have been reports that the votes are all mixed together and the envelopes destroyed. If true you could not tell which came in late. That's why the question of remedy is so important - do they take away all votes because of the illegal ones or do something else? I fear they will say it is too damaging to everyone else to nullify their votes, and even if a vote was late it was the intent of a voter, so they will let the result stand and just sanction the law breakers.

Yes you do. That’s on the data dump right? But how did they vote? Unable to be sure since the envelope is the only way to tell the persons ballot. It was planned all along not to be able to trace the mail ballot to the person sending it. These fuckers are crafty and have been at this for decades.
Don't we know how all the batches of votes voted as the totals changed through day and time? To the hour and minute?

most likely, you could produce a graph showing there was a constant ration of Trump/Republican to Dem/Biden votes until a certain time, at which point it spiked to a massive Biden/Trump ratio, and that this change off occurred after the 3rd, and then use that to show the original ratio needs to be assumed as what the non fraudulent total/count would have been.
I think this is at least somewhat possible to backdate
One possible remedy is to reverse the count to when the "ballot pool" was still clean (the illegitimate ballots were not counted yet) and freeze the results as they were at midnight between the 3rd and the 4th (I believe that was when it was announced that the counting will be stopped). Any ballots counted afterwards, regardless of their legal status, will not be included (save maybe for the overseas & military ballots).
If that is not possible, then a new election should be called (in Georgia they already have the runoff scheduled, so that infrastructure is already there). Should that be impossible, the results from the state should not be certified (thus no electoral votes), or the state's legislature appoints the electors for the candidate they choose, as per the Constitution.
But we know what the count was as of 11/3
If they cant tell which vote is which it is my understanding that they randomly choose 900k votes that were counted and throw them out. At least that is how it is down in Wisconsin, per Reince Preibus.
