Perhaps it was just pre planned that's when the 10 percent for the big guy was going to be added, but if they were waiting to see how many they needed there had to be some communication. Can any phone records be requested now that this is a criminal investigation? Sorry, I know nothing about those laws.

Reasonable BB I do believe that their plan to steal this election was meant to be incognito, but President Trump screwed their plans by getting ten million more votes than they expected, so they were caught of guard with how many fraudulent ballots they had to come up with in a short time, that’s why they stopped counting on election night, to buy them time to scramble to get ballots. Pollsters were filling them out themselves. They should all get jail time, but not as much as the orchestrators of the crime as individual Americans and the Constitution.
