Trump had been talking up everything as a fraud. Rudy seemed to indicate he was to make a big high risk and big return play to ask Supreme Court to throw out 100 000's of votes from Pennsylvania and Michigan

Maybe it was a little more nuanced but I did not think either was overly helpful.

But THIS is a great precedent. This essentially is getting the courts to accept the legality and the irregularities, and using this as the thin end of the wedge.

This ties VERY well into his other claims.

The best thing to come out o this precedent-wise is both in the admission and in the remedy. They have already agreed that the remedy will be deleting those particularly affected votes. The admission is that they broke the law and acted outside their jurisdiction.

Okay here is the brilliance.

How to find the signature issue that they have agreed to take out? Look for it. How can they look for that? An Audit. Now with the precedent set, they will log in to various other states and the same will apply.

So do you think that they will get the courts to agree with signature checking through audits? Yes. When they find them hey will remove the ballot and the respective vote for the respective party. What is betting the 4 am votes will have a similar signature?

But more than this, with this precedent they will look for the same remedy and have the Out of staters and Dead voters and double voters and maiden gate voters and so on and such that they now are looking up between now and those audits. They will seek to roll them in on the audit RICO style and with the same remedy to keep it easy and clean.

Maybe they will also seek to apply a similar remedy for the over voting counties where over 100% registered voters are voting in the counties.

Perhaps they will seek similar for non-regulated areas where Michigan and Pennsylvania ignored the rules around observers. Personally, I think he should take it up to the Supreme Court and has already got the hat tip from Alito, has Thomas, Kavanaugh, Barrett, in the wings and also Gorsuch who I believe will in at least some fashion, seek to remedy the issue.

But I have not touched on what I think is the biggest one. Dominion Software. They should load for bear on this one. Get several data scientists - expensive and credible ones - to run figures from what has been data mined, so even when the Dominion software refuses access to the information or destroys it, we have the evidence (proof) we need.

Once we have the agreed to remedy above as part of a precedent, it is reasonable asking for this.

One thing I have kept saying is that the DNC went all in because they had stupidly relied on the polls to work out when to egregiously cheat and had to scramble and go all out JUST to get ahead. They found they were not ahead and the efforts they were prepared to do at set times and limited in egregiousness went out the window when they realised the polls were wrong and they had to do bigger dumps and make bigger software switches and such.

I think chipping away at a lead like 50000 is not as onerous as a 200000 lead. Certainly, 20000 is less onerous again. With so many aspects and attacks, I feel it is hardly outside of the realms of possibility to make up for such leads from any one of three or four strategies.

Imagine they have set a time for the audit in which the signatures will be investigated as per the time to do the audit to see which signatures do not match AND the Trump team requests to investigate at the same time slews of out of staters, dead voters and maiden names and such as discovered as having illegally voted AND then also requests not only those ballots be eliminated before signatory comparisons but also any county with more voters than registered voters have those ballots over 100% be discarded.

Then discard the after election day ballots and then minus off the vote switching that happened in the software and then the votes that were unobserved.

Then do a recount.
