Lin is smart and ballsy, but he's also risky. He shoots his mouth off constantly and you really shouldn't do that while dealing with the courts. Trump has a case. He made sure he installed good judges. He'll win IN court, not on twitter.

We have been at war with the Chinese Communist Party since 1941 using the AVG (Flying Tigers) to support the Nationalist Chinese (Kuomintang). Both the wars in Korea and Viet Nam were proxies for the CCP.
