Do we even know if it was real law enforcement at these poll places? You'd think they would have bias towards our side...

In PA a Constable is supposed to be on site. These are elected positions. But some townships have more than one polling place, so the Constable puts in paperwork for election day only deputy Constables. They are there from 6:30am to 9pm or later depending on when they finish packing up. They get paid a whopping $110 for the entire day.

The Constable has all the powers of a State trooper except they cannot do traffic stops. But they are dumb af if they make an arrest to anyone at the polls (or elsewhere tbh) because even though you have all the power of a trooper, you have absolutely nobody on your side. If there is a lawsuit against you - its 100% all on you.

Also a Constable in PA is an independent contractor. You get elected and you get a pretty certification in the mail. Thats it.

But these were real local cops that ticketed this man.
