I know the electoral college has to take place on a certain date, and there wouldn't be enough time to have a national or state do-over election before then. But as a way of finding a loophole for the electoral college, could all the states (or even just some) pledge their votes to the winner of a future do-over election to be held in January perhaps? I feel like the only fair resolution to all parties involved would be to have the election again, and the Democrats might actually agree to it because it would give them a better chance to win then if it comes down to the state delegations in the House.

Most likely not. the Constitution spells out the process pretty clear if the election results can not be certified, by Dec 14 then it goes to the HOUSE for a vote. Each state gets 1 Vote the Republican's while the minority in the house acutely represent more states than the Democrat's. So likely Trump would win the Presidency. Unless the Rinos go full commie like McCain did with the Obama Care vote and Fuck over the entire country.

I don't think so, no. They would have to make their decision by the deadline, and if the election results aren't trusted at that time then they would just have to figure it out, either by splitting the vote or just going with their gut.
