Most return ducts are located at or near ceiling level, so these frauds are suggesting that viruses float up into return ducts, survive the trip back through an HVAC unit, and are spread everywhere. It's total bullshit.
But of course, they "did a science" and determined that dye can travel through HVAC systems...probably by spraying it directly into a return duct and seeing what happens.
