Isn’t this a straw man, none were segregated.

This, the commies shuffled all the "found" ballots in with the rest. Do people honestly think these criminals simply followed the law while committing voter fraud?

Knowbody 24 points ago +25 / -1

Then the entire result is invalid, and it's up to the house

Hopefully. We wiil get blueballed for 2+ months before we know the outcome

I’d say my balls are blue... but my balls are not democrats

2
Side-o-Beef_Curtains 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yup. If it's established that they violated court orders over and over the the voted need to be tossed.

keaster 10 points ago +10 / -0

Not to mention the proven back dating. There's no other choice but to disqualify all mail ballots in PA.

One pathway .....

Mixed votes means the Vote tally will include illegal UNLAWFUL votes... !!

And the object at that point might be to debate HOW MANY BALLOTS ARE ACTUALLY ILLEGAL?

If a few thousand - then a judge might state the entire Election is legal...

But if a few HUNDRED THOUSAND... that same judge might state the entire Election is fraudulent and must be tossed out..

Pushing the PUBLIC CLAIMS OF FRAUD TO THE SURFACE AS TO WHO CHEATED AND HOW!!!

AND FORCING THE LEGISLATURE TO VOTE ON ELECTORS.

This.

This order has an escape hatch. Poorly worded, or intentionally.

“... enjoined from counting any ballots that have been segregated ...”

The criminals have not segregated the ballots to begin with. Ballots NOT SEGREGATED still get counted under this Order.

Be aware of the precision ascribed to the language of orders.

The PA Supremes may still be in on the steal.

This.
Contentious states be contentious.
Will they be able to file a new claim against items based on a post marked date or received dates based on the requirements provided.

Then trump will ask SCOTUS to rule

18
SpezDispenser 18 points ago +19 / -1

PA is entirely tainted. Either it goes to Trump or no one. Im guessing no one

Briben's handlers knew he was done and went with the scorched earth fraud. He knows this wont pass thr smell test, but wants to grieve Trump at all costs.

If Biden becomes President our system is beyond repair.

They haven’t included them in the final count

AmericanGuy 4 points ago +4 / -0

Then PA restuls should stand from the moment before ballots were mixed. Meaning TRUMP WON by 700,000 votes.

sahMsNt38 10 points ago +11 / -1

Nope, this decision is about ballots that were separated and weren't counted, waiting on this decision.

It is useful for the case pending before SCOTUS, though. That one is about the late arriving ballots.

5
Eternal_Vigilance 5 points ago +5 / -0

I believe PA Supreme Court has a pending case regarding all late ballots

8
blindfold 8 points ago +9 / -1

Will this be enough to get AP to call it for Trump now?

Sometimes only a French word is apropos.

4
darkhorsereddit3 4 points ago +5 / -1

They know how many came in for Biden and trump after the 3rd though. Can’t they tally up all the votes and subtract the total amount of illegal votes?

3
eatenbyagrue 3 points ago +3 / -0

A judgement has not been made that those are illegal.

4
juicemoney9 4 points ago +5 / -1

It’s actually a very specific low quantity of ID verification ballots that will be tossed BUT It set the precedent that the secretary of the commonwealth does not have the statutory authority which will be huge in the coming cases

2
Deplora 2 points ago +2 / -0

And my understanding is that those ballots hadn't been counted yet anyway, so this decision wouldn't change the current numbers at all.

3
kmj1104213 3 points ago +3 / -0

If you read carefully, this ONLY applies to the ballots that needed ID to cure the ballot before the 12th of Nov. The original date by law was 6 days after the election, which would have been the 9th. The Secretary tried to extend that ID verification to "6 days after ballots were accepted" which, after the supreme court ruling giving 3 days to accept ballots if they were postmarked prior to the 3rd, would have been Nov 6th. So this ruling, while is a win, and the foundation to invalidate all of the other illegal actions, it isn't that big of a win... YET. It can be used as the basis to show that Secretary did NOT have the power to change the law, as only the LEGISLATURE can. It also shows that even the supreme court's decision to accept ballots after the 3rd does not change the LEGISLATURE'S law.

1
Specialj1970 1 point ago +1 / -0

I believe the Supreme Court can rule that the law was broken and will make the PA vote illegal.

2
DrStinkNuts 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think the only way we're going to get legit counts at this point is if the federal govt steps in and does it themselves. What kind of logic is it that letting the state govt (who cheated) do the audit/recount they'll just fucking cheat again.

2
AmericanGuy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Seriously, we have independant councils for a reason, we don't have the defendant investigate THEMSELVES.

2
pepe_sanchez 2 points ago +2 / -0

Now you know why election night coverage was being deleted. It was a living history of which counts came in and when.

It could have been used as a way to identify illegal votes in a scenario where they were not segregated.

2
mrmrmrj 2 points ago +2 / -0

This lawsuit only applies to ballots received after 11/6. They were never counted in the first place.

1
Specialj1970 1 point ago +1 / -0

Correct but now they can ask the SCOTUS to rule PA illegally changed the election laws and invalidate all of PA

1
chrislas8675309 1 point ago +1 / -0

We need audits, not recounts
