There are so many different types going on here, but what does the law say is supposed to happen for:

  1. Republican ballots found thrown away in garbage bags/landfills/wherever
  2. Philadelphia discarding ballot envelopes
  3. GOP poll watchers denied access to watch counting
  4. USPS and election officials unlawfully backdating ballots sent after Nov 3
  5. Voting Machines deleting and switching votes
  6. Vote buying schemes

just to name a few examples, of course there are many more but if these things are proved in court what happens? I fear in many cases the damage is already done and don't know how you put the toothpaste back in the tube.

Not a lawyer, but I do know that the laws are different in every state.

If you want to get up to speed on the legal battle and how they are fighting it, I think Steve Bannon's War Room Pandemic is the best information in an easy to listen to format.

This what I listened to yesterday and I learned a lot.

Well according with the Dems it’s foreign interference in an election. I say that because under all of it Chyna is involved :). No seriously election fraud is a crime. They can also use unauthorized access to a government computer system. Ballot tampering. Destruction of government property (destroying ballots). Identity theft. (living and dead). Downright treason to be honest. That’s a federal crime against the people and government of the United States.
