just throwing this out there–what's to stop them from hiding just enough R votes in obviously red counties to balance the registration count and shift those small percentages toward Biden? seems like when most people in red counties call about stuff like this, they get an answer like "it wouldn't have made a difference anyway"...what a perfect excuse.
