Not the current SCOTUS. Trump was very careful in selecting Constitutional ideologues. Just to illustrate, Kavanaugh Gorsuch made a pro-LGBT ruling because of a hyper-literalist reading of the Constitution. They're that attached to it.

There is no way they rule in favor of voter fraud, and Trump knows this. He's had his Trump card from the beginning ever since ACB was confirmed.

It was Roberts, not Gorsuch. I made that mistake too.

21
LArnix 21 points ago +21 / -0

I think it was Robert's but he is suspicious..

34
plastic_Strawman 34 points ago +34 / -0

Fuck Roberts. That guy is only going to rule in Trump's favor if it becomes clear the other five Republican appointees will. Otherwise, he'll be the deciding vote in Biden's favor. That's the real reason the Dems were so pissed about ACB, SCOTUS was their backstop for the steal. Ginsburg would have made it 5-4 Dem, and if the court was at 8 justices, Roberts would have made it 5-3.

7
FightTheSWAMP 7 points ago +7 / -0

We can go ahead and count Roberts out. He's made it clear. He's a corrupt Bush swamp cuck. He sits with Bush on this...and Bush already came out saying Trump lost fair and square and go ahead and concede. Fuck that shit. We can count him out but I don't see how any other justice could go against this.

FUCK_DemonRATS 4 points ago +4 / -0

Georgia is doing a recount today but it's just a PR stunt. They're not gonna verify signatures or addresses, and they're putting one observer per 10 people. They're gonna try to get the state to certify the results after this bogus recount they're doing. Can this be appealed?

1
ThisTime 1 point ago +1 / -0

During the recount. They set a 5 o'clock deadline for certification

1
FUCK_DemonRATS 1 point ago +1 / -0

Right, but if the recount/audit is bogus and does not allow for transparency, can the certification be challenged?

3
Italians_Invented_2A 3 points ago +4 / -1

Just to illustrate, Kavanaugh made a pro-LGBT ruling because of a hyper-literalist reading of the Constitution. They're that attached to it.

That was Gorsuch. But no, he demonstrated that he's a Marxist homo activist who legislates from the bench on that particular occasion.

I'm sure the Founding Fathers wanted mentally ill men who claim they are women to have special privileges in the workplace. Yeah, right.

2
IntrepidBurger 2 points ago +3 / -1

You're correct that it was Gorsuch, but no, he's not a Marxist. Read his opinion on the case. It was from a hyper-literal reading.

1
Italians_Invented_2A 1 point ago +2 / -1

I did read it. It was Marxist activism. Outrageous.

A constitutionalist needs to interpret what the authors of the Constitution meant to say when they wrote it. The authors of the Constitution clearly did not mean to provide privileges to homos and trannies.

Gorsuch instead legislated from the bench by deciding what the Constitution should have said instead.

relax PEDE.. Trust President Trump. Him and his team planned for this two years ago.. This was all a setup .President Trump will STILL be your and everyone else President after jan 2021. TRUSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!

Commies have been here but they are in the minority . They just own the media and entertainment industry so they have the ability to make it seem like it's more of them than there really are.

President Trump

Wanted to expose Election Fraud ... Check

Bring America's Domestic and Foreign Enemies into the Public realm. CHECK Nobody paid that much attention to China until after President Trump got in office. A lot of people didn't realize how corrupt BIG TECH, a lot of Democrats and Rinos were until President Trump. NOW THE PEOPLE ARE SEEING T!! 73 million PLUS PEOPLE SEE IT and more than that now.

President Trump wanted evidence to push voter ID next year.

PEDES on this site alone has given him mountains of evidence and of course certain government agencies have even more than that. so that's a BIG CHECK.

Sometimes you have too show people they're living in the Darkness before they will step into light and America has been living in darkness for decades. Now all of that is changing!!!

Trust President Trump he is not only fighting for us but for his own family. Winning is the only option for him at this point because he pissed off a lot of powerful people and President Trump has told us this plenty of times. The psychos he pissed off want to show the world why nobody should stand up against them. So I believe President Trump knows that he has too end these traitors and their corrupt empire now. That is the only path forwardd in my opinion

Not sure if they go over the opposite team, but they quit to fight for Trump's lawsuits. There could be intimidations and/or threats involved, too, not just bribes. And it's not like the Demonrats have not "suicide" even Supreme Court judge (justice Scalia), either. There's a reason why terrorist bitch AOC published a hit list with names of Trump supporters, including Conservative judges across USA.

And that judge for epstein(or maybe jizzlane) where the fedex guy killed her son and shot her husband

8
AsianVoter 8 points ago +8 / -0

Indeed. Other than Scalia's case (before Trump became POTUS), none of these would likely have happened had Trump picked a real law enforcer, who didn't even have to be a MAGA patriot, instead of some compromised obese swamp creature Bushie leftover for AG position, unfortunately.

I agree, even though I sometimes wonder why a bunch of idiots I know get a vote that is the same 'supposed' weight as my own, but I do know mathematically the collective, if given the freedom of all the information, will make better decisions than the smaller group, I accept that wholeheartedly.

Anyone that is trying to undermine our democratic republic and the United States needs to be dealt with in public fashion. It is not our place to judge these people, but we can sure make sure that meeting happens sooner, rather than later.

1
Italians_Invented_2A 1 point ago +1 / -0

Things ARE looking awesome. The win in PA was small but significant, and strengthens Trumps case when it does get to SCOTUS. WI has to finish the recount before it can be challenged. If the recount swings it to Trump, problem solved, no need to go to SCOTUS. AZ hasnt even finished its count, so Trump cant appeal anything there yet. GA is in the midst of its recount.

Even though there is nothing ATM in front of SCOTUS, Trump is working hard and laying an excellent groundwork for when it does get there. Best things we can do is donate, contact our state legislators and let them know how we feel in the event the election cant be decided because of too much fraud and they have to pick electors for us. Plus spread the word and keep the faith of course.

3
Taupkek 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yep. Every day delayed is a day less for Trump to contest it. This is why everyone needs to contact their legislators and voice their opinion about the election and what they should do if it gets thrown back to them, which it may well happen.

KEY WORD IS "AUDIT"

REMOVE THE CONCEPT OF just "RECOUNT".....

Too much VOTER FRAUD...

TOO MANY ILLEGAL PROCEDURES....

HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF VOTES AFFECTED...

THE GENERAL PUBLIC NEEDS TO MOVE TO 'HOW MUCH FRAUD WAS THERE?" basis....

THE RESULTS HAVE TO BE CHALLENGED. IN PUBLIC!!!!

Do we have anything more than your word to go on? However it seems plausible. While the SC wouldn't tell states how to conduct their elections, I don't see why they couldn't order an audit when presented with compelling evidence of fraud.

We need to be patient and not rely 100% on our SCOTUS to fulfill our wishes to see President Trump re-elected. As others in the comments below have eloquently pointed out, there are people who are easily controlled by financial incentives (a kinder way of saying paid off). Nonetheless, the supporters should all be fighting the battle any way we can.

1
EaglesFanInPhx 1 point ago +1 / -0

They should add MN and VA and NH. All 3 of those likely should have gone for Trump.
