I am making this so new people of people I wanna show can have an easy to navigate resource.
Benford's law is a red herring. You can't apply it to precincts in a state, because datasets used in Benfords have to 7, 8, 9+ digits long. Some precincts are so small there's only a few dozen Trump voters. You can't apply BL to that.
