We have the running record of vote totals. If State X was at 2.3M for Trump and 2.1M for Biden and then at 9am on Wednesday Biden had gained 200k and Trump only gained 50k, then you take off 200k from Biden and 50k from Trump. Simple.
No recount needed. That flips enough states to win the election.
Then you also push for recounts especially as it may affect local races.
But the simplest lawsuit to me would be "all those votes that happened to go to Biden after you kicked out our watchers, don't count". Like kids on a playground would figure this out.
