THIS IS HUGE. So let me get this straight...
⚠️ HIGH ENERGY⚠️
Pennsylvania law requires all mail-in ballot envelops be destroyed to preserve anonymity.
Federal law requires all documents be kept to preserve traceability.
If 100s of thousands of mail-in ballots are found untraceable, almost all for Joe, then there's the possibility that the EC might not convene for PA, meaning no 270, meaning the states vote and Trump wins THE WHOLE DAMN THING.
Sound plausible?
CORRECTION: Apparently PA law is what requires ballot envelopes to be kept. If the ballot envelopes were destroyed, that's a violation of PA election law: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/li/uconsCheck.cfm?yr=2019&sessInd=0&act=77
Didn't they only contact Dems, too, or was that another state?
They only provided this illegal service in Dem heavy counties.
Which is also a civil rights violation. Which the Trump team of lawyers has brought forth.
It has not been confirmed that they only contacted Dems. With that being said, the evidence for pre-election contacts stems from the Dems own affidavits and the Dems admit to doing this in Dem controlled counties in PA. It may have only occurred in a few counties, it may have only occurred for dems, it may have occurred everywhere. It is undisputed that it did occur though.
But IT DID OCCUR.
And it occurred in the heaviest Dem-controlled counties for sure.
That alone creates the unequal protection and the disenfranchisement of all other PA voters.
Looks like the same thing happened in Michigan.
I just read Section 7 of the PA constitution titled 'Elections' and there's nothing in there about election documents or envelopes.
Okay, so it is PA law that bans destroying envelopes.
The bad news is, that makes my claim that PA destroyed ballots less likely to be true... :(
I've been seeing those same claims, but I'm having a hard time verifying it. That's all I mean. I don't mean to mislead people.
Does anyone have affidavits I wonder?
Since federal law supersedes state law, shouldn’t the mail in votes that have been separated from the envelope be set aside?
after everything i've been reading, yes.
This sounds plausible to me.
But there are several variables still in play so it's hard to say what's actually going to take place. We will find out.
I keep reading the 2 year retention is PA law. Maybe I have been misunderstanding.
Yep. PA law. OP updated with a link to it.
In general, the elections are run by the state and the feds are to keep hands off. While correct in theory, we're seeing the consequences of only state level oversight. Changes here require changes to the constitution, unfortunately, which is why the EO to standardize the ballots was rejected.
Yes very!
Everyone saying "the law says..." needs to cite the law. Put the links right here for us to examine.
Cite everything. All these baseless claims are noise. We need to be focused.
He told us to vote in person FOR A REASON PEDES.
He knew once they were caight they would do a mad dash to hide the evidence. Thus invalidating the ballots
This is the conclusion I've reached with regards to Pennsylvania
Cool. Let’s run it.
Better. If they destroyed the envelopes, the ballots are invalid. Biden's lead is reduced and Trump wins.
How do we know they destroyed envelopes for fake Biden votes? Wouldn't it be at least as beneficial for them to destroy Trump voter envelopes so that it invalidates real Trump votes?
If they've targeted Trump votes, then in a recount, he'll lose a huge chunk of the legit vote that would have been left over.
From what I've been hearing, they destroyed ALL ballot envelopes for mail-in ballots. That would hurt Trump, but it would hurt Biden much much more, since whether legit or not, more mail-ins went for Biden.
All of this hinges on ballot envelopes actually being destroyed, which I haven't been able to fully verify yet. I need some help with that.
How do the states vote? Also how do we know the states would vote for Trump? I'm unfamiliar with this area of the voting system.
In the event that no one gets 270 votes, the state legislatures each get one vote per state. Since there are more red states than blue states, Trump has an advantage. It's no sure thing though, since as we're learning Republican =/= Trump supporter.
Ahh ok thanks for the info. Definitely seems like a path but I would definitely not have too much faith in Republicans.
Thanks. It's been corrected.
