Let's entertain this for a moment:

If workers can cause these sorts of issues, then why do we even have electronic voting? How is this possibly making it easier to tally votes compared to using paper?

You don't really need any sort of special training to read doots off a piece of paper.

That's basically what someone said in the Twitter thread.

Hand punched cards (none of that BS with levers and hanging chads) and oldschool tabulating computers. Simple.

Actually high tech can be the solution. Crypto-based technology and forcing full real-time transparency for everyone to see.

Imagine you don't have to watch ANY media to follow the results, which will go online in real-time. Imagine you could look up your result anonymously.

AND the source code is open. While not everybody can just edit it, everybody can look into it and propose changes/improvements. It would take only ONE person to find something fishy, make a copy of the source code, report it to the oh-so trustworthy officials and the whole scheme blows up, and whoever inserted it as well - meaning cheating is impossible to implement.

And you could make test-runs and simulations.

Hell, you could just put in extra mechanisms to ensure the software is harder and harder to hack (possibly impossible). And ~6-12 months before the election, no changes can be made except small exceptions if necessary, which will be made very visible to everyone.

Just compare it with what it is now: Some shady company with deep ties to Kleptocrats with concealed source code.

The fact that the code is closed source for a process that requires full transparency really bothers the shit out of me.

We know this was a BLM/Antifa attack on our election process. The tactics they used to refuse GOP verifiers from count rooms is the same tactic they use on white people who don't kiss their ass in the streets. They also bullied them into not recording which is the common tactic since August on live streamers. If you ask me, all of this BLM/Antifa shit involving election interference started around late July/August. There's a REASON riots and marches slowed down in September onward. They planned this

Right. If it’s possible for people to fuck up while using the system, then it’s the system’s fault. We’re not landing probes on comets here, we’re counting how many dots went to person A vs person B.

6
Loiuzein 6 points ago +6 / -0

It is the operators' fault.

But then the issue is also that the software provides the options necessary to cheat. A counting machine should not be difficult to use or easy to manipulate.

5
Rreidy8286 5 points ago +5 / -0

Tariq called it. Remember guys they think we are bigots . They think if they say it wasnt us or ol joe no it was blm poll workers and ppl brainwashed to think hes hitler . They are trying to make us angry at the wrong ppl. Those are the pawns and we know it.

5
Vla1ne 5 points ago +5 / -0

First it was "there are no errors, the machines are working fine" then after errors popped up, it was "users are making the mistakes"

How shitty does a U.I. have to be that the users can't properly perform addition? Let's see the source code.

Georgia citizen here. Georgia wants its money back, including any kickbacks that went to corrupt politicians in our state who chose Dominion for all the wrong reasons.

Dominion machines are open to security vulnerabilities. That is directly on them, because they didn't fix known vulnerabilities, no question.

The ones responsible for rigging the election are the ones shifting the votes with software or direct access manipulation. Those are the people we have to find,

BUT...

What's more important now though, is showing the manipulation and bringing it before the courts, because it dimishes the credibility of the results and should be reason for election scrutiny and audit, and will cause invalidation of ballots that didn't follow proper procedure. There is, I think, strong evidence for this already, but we should strive for overwhelming evidence in both quality and quantity.

And if it goes to a recount in Michigan, which they are trying to prevent, this will happen again:

The Dominion software was said to be legit. The issue is every county has between 2-6 Administrators and operators with access to setting that could change votes. Also the IT professionals that were allowed to set up Dominion software for each county has full access to change software settings that could've changed votes. Who watched or observed those 2-6 people in the counties and the IT people more importantly do we trust them, and what assurance checks and balances placed on these people???? That is the bigger question, also what setting were enabled or disabled during the elections by these people? Also the pass key on the usb sticks those Administrators and operators had according to manuals had the same passkey. A few of those USB sticks were stolen in Philly which contained the passkeys, possibly to every poll server using Dominion. Food for thought people. Who are those 2-6 and IT people in every county and was their actions on Dominion recorded and observed? The settings people! Was the breaks in counting because they needed to change software setting election night mid election? We can thank Code Monkey for publishing this info.

someoldcoderguy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Funny. When someone is able to do something with software that I developed that is not intended, then that is a bug. It is not the end users fault that a bug exists.

If it is not a bug, then it is a feature.

If this software company is saying that it is user error, then they misused a feature.

Let that sink in.

But Dominion had contract workers they hired, they worked 24 hr shifts, 6 am November 3rd to 6 am November 4th to work at these polling places.

Balls back in their court.
