This isn't as bad as previous commenters are making it out to be. There is a suit sent up to SC in regards to PA as a whole for multiple counts of illegal activity. Couple this with the Alito order and the initial order to segregate the late ballots the PA counties deliberately failed in obeying. The campaign already had a case thrown out in PA and they've only won the one suit but are not going to be entitled to a recount or audit so long as the SoS and judges are all activists. Instead of wasting an entire legal team on a state that the SC is already involved in they can move onto places like NV and AZ. This is a smart move at the very least and by the withdrawal order this was an agreement from the Plaintiff (DJT) and the legal team.

This is the best response. Wasn’t this PA lawsuit concerning 600 votes or some small fish?
