Tim Pool is a nihilist. He said several times before that he didn't participate in US politics and didn't vote prior to 2016 because he thought the system is rigger.
He considers Trump's win a happy accident but believes that accident was only possible because 'establishment' got complacent and lazy.
If the courts are still fair, MAGA probably has the strongest case of this scope in history.
But I don't see state courts as having a good track record of actually upholding the law and SCC cucked out completely in last disputed election in 2000.
for those who don't know they handed out 2 decisions than. First found the election to be unlawful. 2nd, said they won't do anything about it because it was too late to come up with a just remedy that didn't violate someone's rights.
That's a very critical part of that case that a lot of hopefuls are missing - we need them to, at a minimum, invalidate several hundred thousand votes across several states. And for real justice, we need them invalidate elections in 8 to 50 states.
Meanwhile, last time, they pussied out at doing any of that with mere tens of thousands of votes and one state.
My biggest hope as I watch Justice Alito in his speech yesterday is that they've got to realize that this entire shit show happening, is direct result of SCC failure in 2000.
