Just wanted to share something I was thinking. So, during a lawsuit there is a discovery phase. Once the filing happens discovery starts. This is when both sides start digging, the evidence gathering. It is quite chaotic and back and forth. Things get thrown out things get discovered. LATER, once all the info that will stick has been gathered it is presented to a judge, or jury. Relax. Lawyers will come and go, shit will be thrown out. This is normal. I think everyone is not super familiar with litigation and is freaking out of over the bumps that are NORMAL. Give the process time. Litigation is always stressful.

Good point, the media as usual considers everyone but themselves to be idiots and will will exploit the fact that everyday people don’t have experience with the legal process.

Most people don't have a clue how a lawsuit works. I wouldn't say that makes them idiots though. I would say that the media is capitalizing on the lack of litigation knowledge to sensationalize normal happenings.

Yes that’s what I meant. Also I’m saying the media thinks the public in general are idiots regardless of the subject matter.
