To draw out more cheaters. To say they cheated and truly burst them, they have to be beyond plausible deniability and if they do a completely corrupt recount, they will be beyond that.
They said they were going to go ahead and certify the results at 5pm regardless of counting status so while I like your optimism, I think this is all kayfabe.

Yes we use dominion. So the way it works is we use a computer to print the ballot. I checked my print out it was correct. Then you personally scan it in the dominion scanner (if voting in person). So the hand count can catch some issues.
