Just a quick overview, I'm not contributing anything substantially new and if you'd rather spend your time digging though the data BY ALL MEANS CONTINUE TO DO SO as that might actually timely produce evidence. Everything else is just for a bigger picture.

Anyway, I was just thinking and got a possible explanation that Hammer and Scorecard might be actually true and not red herrings. Remember the wonderful Maxine Waters running her mouth about a "database" about "everybody and everything" which would secure Democrats every election they'd like?

Well, I'd bet this is what's also known as "Hammer"

Barack Obama, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey and Robert Mueller developed, privatized and leveraged for domestic deployment against US citizens, a counter-terrorism surveillance platform (THE HAMMER.)

Keep in mind this was posted before the election and before "Hammer" and "Scorecard" became widely known.
