I think some of the "officials " on the local level worked with the big Republicans to oust Trump. This was a bipartisan effort and still is.
Before the elections I thought that they will let Trump win but in turn will steal the Congress so the Republicans can do nothing for 4 years and pretend to do something but being "blocked" by the Democrats. Now I think that the effort is to oust Trump but the Republicans were promised the majority in the Senate for it. Well looks like Dems rolled on that promise because now the Republicans need to win the runoff in Georgia to control the Senate of they are toast, completely toast. So to me it looks like the Democrats did us a little favor and scared the Republicans a little hence the "recount". What would confirm my theory would be if the recount shows that there is no need for the runoff elections because the Republicans won the Senate, but sadly noone voted for Trump.
I'm extremely cynical if it comes to the government and don't believe that there are any (or nearly none) establishment patriots left in this corrupt system.
I don't think the "every rep" locally would have to participate in the steal. Some would be promised lucrative positions to look away, some may not know at all and actually try and fight it, but some? Yes I think that some might have participated in this scam.
