If the dominion thing is right.... then having GA certify faster will be better. Less time to try to make all the numbers including third parties work. To me the key is third party votes. If those are off from what was reported and match the dominion analysis than that could be used as evidence in every other states lawsuit. The third parties data is going to be the hardest to dereplicate for the dems and will probably not be important for them because it doesn't directly affect the biden trump split.
