This is the full NIST review of Sequoia Systems which at the time were, along with some Smartmatic products (Utah 2016), facilitating 20% of the voting in the US ::

It’s fairly accessible and it’s a follow up on the “Voluntary” CFIUS submission that Smartmatic engaged in before selling Sequoia Systems in its entirety to Dominion when the federal government showed regulatory interest (because you know, VENEZUELAN SOCIALISM).

The REALLY fun part is that even though the federal government has concerns about Smartmatic there are counties that are still doing business with them. For example, I haven’t really seen people talking about the fact that LA County has a voting system that was developed from scratch for them by Smartmatic ::
