IAW the 12th Amendment, when a candidate does not concede, and the electoral college votes cannot be certified, the election falls to the House of Representatives, which might be a concern if the vote there was based on individual representatives, but it is based on 1 vote per state, which means the Republicans would outvote Democrats, because there are more red states than blue. So my question is, does the president have enough evidence to push this election to the House?
