Now, with the validation of people like you.....he has irreversibly damaged his body at the taxpayers expense by creating a fetid gaping hole where his penis was. Been in and out of hospitals for infections/rejections 4 times, is suicidal because he feels like doctors lied about what the end product would look like, angry at the people who encouraged him and shoved him down the pipeline with NO regards to long term ramifications. No chance of having his own offspring, no chance of normal hormone levels, no chance of being seen as anyone besides the dude who chopped his dick off. Hence why most kill themselves or others.
