Not a fan of this particular argument. I mask up and keep my distance because my Trump spring girlfriend has stage 4 cancer and I'd like to be able to have her see the new year. Obviously, the chances of her catching it are low, but I'd prefer to bring them lower. However, I don't think everyone should be following these recommendations.
Yeah, The virus might be exploited but it isn't fake. I wear a mask when I am out. I have an ER Dr. and 3 RNs in the family and we all take precautions. We also continue to operate at full effectiveness in work and other activities. Refusing to take basic precautions, which don't actually harm anyone in any way, is not an act of Patriotism. You are free to do as you see fit but so are we.
