I don't really believe anymore that evil can be contained so easily. Whatever the cause evil will if it can step in. Evil has no qualms. It's a legitimate problem. The generation today is raised being told not to like this religion stuff but they don't really experience truly what it was that was bad about it to live along side. There used to be reasons.
I struggle with this problem a lot in teaching. People afterward learn only the signs of things that are bad rather than truly understanding it.
You go from people being able to explain why a function is bad because of some logical reasons and categorical reasons to this function is bad because it's over ten lines and that matches the metrics for another function which was bad and was over ten lines.
This explains most of what's wrong with todays generation. For example, in the generation leading into mine they actually understood racism and what's wrong with it. The generation starting from mine and after never really have much of the same thing up in front of them in a racism free society. They just got taught in school it's bad and here you go pictures of the Holocaust to shock you plus some formulaic superficial means of recognising it.
