In Pennsylvania, the "Minority Inspector" retains a copy of the numbered list of voters, and the general return sheets for one year.
I know someone who worked a Delco precinct that day. Numbers in the book did not correlate to ballots scanned. 6-7 extra votes out of 600 made it from the ballot pickup table to the scanner. Either people came with extra ballots, skipped the table, or the democrat working the ballot table handed out extras.
