He admits that ballots were not delivered in sealed boxes. Now all they have to do to overturn the judgement is to supply the statutory requirement.
Here the judge also admits that ballots were brought into TCF at 4 am and that they were for Biden. His reasoning that of course they were for Biden, cause Biden got more votes is circular at best.
The funny part is that by attempting to debunk these statements with poor reasoning, he just makes it that much easier to appeal. We can't trust these people's testimony because they didn't go to the walkthrough on a workday the week before, has got to be the worst legal argument in the history of the US.
I really want to know how well this dude did on his BAR exam if this is the best he could come up with. He was an assistant trial attorney in Detroit for 20 years, no wonder crime was rampant.
They are suppose to send over everything they have right after 8pm.... where did these votes come from at 4am??? they should have sent everything they logged up to 8pm and sent it all over after 8pm! They would've had to accept more after 8pm at the polling station to be sending anything over the the TCF center at 4am! They were not dropping stuff of constantly after 8pm from the polling stations every hour or so... There is no way they could be sending votes to the TCF center from a polling station at 4am without accepting more ballots after 8pm at the polling place.
At some point, IF all this goes through, they have set bad precedent for the future and the name of the game is just going to be just generating ballots, not an actual election, the results will be increasingly ridiculous as time goes on in the phony baloney process. If there are no rules, standards, or penalties for election fraud then both sides are going to go at it in a ludicrous farce.
Ironically, intentional fraud could be introduced to point out other fraud, like lets say a number is off by X, one side could say, "That's preposterous, we stuffed and submitted way more than number of X ballots, there must be shenanigans in the counting." Pure banana republic shit, making an absolute complete mockery of the system.
