They are suppose to send over everything they have right after 8pm.... where did these votes come from at 4am??? they should have sent everything they logged up to 8pm and sent it all over after 8pm! They would've had to accept more after 8pm at the polling station to be sending anything over the the TCF center at 4am! They were not dropping stuff of constantly after 8pm from the polling stations every hour or so... There is no way they could be sending votes to the TCF center from a polling station at 4am without accepting more ballots after 8pm at the polling place.
