Sidney Powell, Trump's lawyer, retweeted it, this is very bad, we're getting real close to fact, to how the left rigged this election, we can't mix fact and fiction or our case will be less credible. Someone should nudge her about it, maybe if she made a retraction or simply deleted it, if someone questioned her about it he could say its disinfo, unless its true, which I don't think it is.
This is a propaganda war. Judges aren't going to look at a random tweet to determine evidentiary legitimacy.
I agree this won't hurt Trump's case but the PR war is another story, if most people believe Trump lost the election this can sway the Justice system, judges don't live in another world, they can feel the Zeitgeist, a weaker judge might hesitate to make a decision that is correct but is very unpopular.
