Some lawsuits cannot be filed until the state certifies the initial results... as I understand it. Sort of like you cannot be prosecuted for your intent and planning to cheat on your taxes. They get you when you file the return...

I find it's best to start with an honest question, like "Should both parties be allowed to observe the ballot counting process?" Then start steering to the point "What should happen if it turns out that one party was excluded from the counting process?" This forces them to think rather then just deny and regurgitate their programing. It doesn't always work, but it's the most effective I've seen personally.

They held secret election overtimes in the middle of the night while everyone was asleep, in Democrat Precincts, in swing states to put Biden ahead, and used fucking Covid as an excuse for changing the rules. Democrats are panicking about anyone talking about this point specifically. I have been hammering my Democrat freinds about this point anytime the election fraud is brought up they do not want to talk about this. They instantly want to change the subject to yeah there is some fraud but its both sides blah blah. It is working several Democrats I know have gone from believing that there was nothing wrong Nov 4th to a week later now beliving yeah Biden stole it but that is ok because Trump needs to go. The narrative has to move to keep Democrats supporting the fraud. The more the public narrative moves into the direction Biden is a fraud the better Trumps chances are the supreme court has to act in his favor to keep public confidence.
We gotta have proof of this though. I keep hearing rumors this happened but do we have hard evidence? Local news supposedly was there covering that night but even they claimed they only had one reporter on the ground and they didn't really go near the building.
