Is there a reason there isn't a lawsuit in GA or is there something I'm missing? Surely we need these people signing affidavits to be filed with a lawsuit demanding the results not be certified.

Some lawsuits cannot be filed until the state certifies the initial results... as I understand it. Sort of like you cannot be prosecuted for your intent and planning to cheat on your taxes. They get you when you file the return...

That is my understanding.
