In Oakland County MI, voting software switched votes from Republican to Democrat, making the Democrat the winner, until the "glitch" was caught.
Oakland County doesn't use Dominion it uses another company called Hart Intercivic, which has ties to the Clinton foundation, and is owned by HIG Capital. HIG Capital was founded by a bunch of former executives from RINO Romney's Bain Capital!
There seem to be three main suppliers of voting machine software Dominion, Hart Intercivic and Electronic Systems & Software (ES&S). By only focusing on Dominion we are only focusing on part of the problem!

I believe it's a combination of both. Many machines are not connected to the web. The "glitch" in Atlanta that broke machines was likely an algorithm being inserted. They all originate out of the same platform: the infamous Diebold.
Diebold was rebranded Premier, then sold to ES&S, then sold to Dominion.
Hart put through this patent. It looks like its how the change votes. It is technology not specifically to be used by hart. U.S. Patent Number 10438433
Hart InterCivic was acquired earlier this year (July 3, 2020) by Enlightenment Capital, a firm whose founder and managing partner is Devin Talbott. Devin Talbott is the son of former Clinton Administration Secretary of State Strobe Talbott. Devin Talbott, according to FEC reports is a Donor to Biden, Lincoln Project, Wisconsin Democratic Party, Michigan Dems, Hillary etc etc. You have to know what to look for, but this July 3 acquisition was reported in third quarter 2020 as a transaction here: (search the doc for enlightenment or Hart)
