There are more aggressive bee-species living in other parts of the world.
IDK too much about the supposed "hole in the ozone layer" to comment on it's validity (if any) but it's "all gone" even though China and India skyrocketed (along with their pollution) in that interim.
AIDS isn't a risk to the majority of people; Not aggressively transmitted except through specific means but was used to fear control the same way it is now.

The point is there are malevolent forces using any means necessary to keep us scared/on-edge/fighting amongst ourselves because it makes us easier to control.
