Anyone who works with people, children, animals... we know you cannot reward the behavior that you don't want. If you reward bad behavior, you'll get more of it. To rear great kids or have animals that behave or to be a boss of a well run place of work, the leadership has to actively encourage the behaviors that are desired and never, ever reward undesirable behaviors. This situation we have with all the poll workers pulling dishonest stunts and DNC and MSM and their crap. They've lost the right to win, no matter how the votes pan out. If democrats win a spot by cheating and we have any sign of the cheating at all, they need to lose their chances for the seat. Cheaters should be disqualified.

The problem is that we have been rewarding, or not punishing, corruption in Government for decades. Just look at the last 4 years. How many of the traitors have been punished or even tried. Crime and cheating will continue until people are punished for their crimes.
So that’s why we look for what we want and not what we don’t want. Cynicism never pays. You have to decide you want your real life to be better and forego the worthless points you get when you comment your cynicism.
