Exactly my observation. He seemed very positive and upbeat compared to the last time I saw him after the election. The 'hopefully' slip was him saying 'hopefully the COURTS will get it right' and not 'hopefully the Biden/Harris admin won't use lockdowns' in my opinion.
He was acting. Why would he step out looking that way and talking that way if he was really sad and defeated? You only put on a show like that to trick people and the man knows how to put on a show.
