When I deleted mine after years of use I hand deleted every single post/comment and action I had ever done including likes and all that bullshit. Literally thousands of things. Then I went to all my friend's pages, BANNED and BLOCKED all of their friends and family and then them 1 by 1. I did this hundreds of times with every friend including my wife all her friends and all my family. Then deleted the app from every electronic device I had. Literally reset everything including installing a new hard drive for my computer. I let 8 months pass just so I could be sure Facebook had a blank profile for me then disabled my account. I just wanted to completely not exist in the Facebook world. I'm sure I still do...
