Apparently the guy is there reading off invalid ballots she’s just filling in what he says. Why are they allowed to remake ballots? is there any way to tell if she’s actually filling ours what on the dudes sheet? Who knows but unfortunately this video is too easy to disprove and we got much better evidence out there anyway
I believe that process is called ballot curing which is why it is imperative you have both dem and gop present during the process.

video doesn't show much...we have better evidence. just because she's filling out a ballot doesn't mean she's creating new fake votes...there may be acceptable reasons for doing that. it's obv the guy is reading out to her and she's transferring what he's holding onto the new one anyways.
I think what they are doing is ok. If, and only if, someone for both parties is witnessing it close up.
