Keep in mind that this is NOT the number of Dominion machines, but the number of counties that USE them. Georgia has 159 counties, California has 58. Arizona has 15. Pennsylvania has 67.

A legit hand recount would expose the difference in vote totals between machine and human counters. The government there is surely full of corrupt RINO's that have a big financial incentive not to see that happen.

The constitution provides that states will manages their elections basically however they want. Each state probably got a sales pitch from Dominion (and all the others), And these are the ones that bought itz
