Yeah, yeah, I know that part. He was mentioning it somewhere I watched today. I personally only know what one of them talked about. It was a chick that was in Michigan for service/maintenance or whatever on the machines, and she saw all the ballots being brought in around 4am. I don't think she said anything about the software, though. I haven't heard anything about the actual machines/software, or heard Giuliani mention anything specific about that.
That's why I was wondering how legit this is, because I'm not sure how they could have that kind of inside information.

Giuliani has mentioned one of the whistleblowers who seemed pretty low level, who witnessed all the 4am Michigan ballots coming in. As far as I know, he hasn't said a WORD about the others. How would/COULD this guy have access to that kind of information.

Oh god Hal Turner. Now that's a name I haven't heard in a while.
In a nutshell: He's an old AM/web radio host that the chans fucked with and trolled way back in like 2007/2008 (back when anonymous was actually anons and not faggot activists). Years after that though his other notoriety was getting arrested for doxxing judges and effectively saying he hopes someone goes hang them. A little bit of a bullshit arrest, but he also did go too far. During the court case though he revealed that he had been an FBI informant that used his radio influence to tattle on any right-wing groups that he could get in contact with. The FBI being as corrupt as it is though left him out to dry, and after being revealed as a FBI informant his listeners mostly abandoned him too.
He's not reliable at all. Besides being an FBI informant; on his show he'd always go on about his inside scoop about upcoming disasters and FEMA coffins and shit like that, but nothing ever came out of any of it besides what's just regular news anyway. He's just doing his own LARPing with the same info we already have, he doesn't have anything special.

We all know there are dominion whistleblowers and that millions of ballots were fucked with, so this guy probably crafted a narrative based on that to make the story even more insane.

I don’t know who this Hal Turner guy is or anything about him... however this number of fraudulent votes rings true to me. I’ve said for weeks that I believe the actual number of people who voted for Joe Biden is around 35 - 45 million. Maybe 50 mill. That is just the gut feeling from one ladypede here... but it’s honestly what I believe. I have a sense about things and I’m pretty good at processing lots of information over time and came to this conclusion after much research. I believe there were only 35-45 million ACTUAL votes for Biden due to the prevalence of die-hard liberals and Trump haters but the lack of enthusiasm for Joe. The rest of the votes were cheats, frauds, switches, duplicates, whatever across all 50 states. Time will tell, I hope, and praying the truth comes out and that everyone sees it for themselves.

In other Words, I think Trump probably got 79-80 million and they switched 7 or 8 million votes, thus that is actually a 16 million switch.
Then I think they manufactured about 20-25 million votes like Dems always do. Hence we KNOW WHY the Polls have to oversample Dems. This gives them winning credibility. Then they can say, well tey won by 5 points last time so we have to poll more Dems this times, it's never-ending cycle of CHEATS/Tricks.
If I had a job at dominion, the path I would take would be to push a patch that BLATANTLY switches ballots. Like, 100% go to one candidate, and it double counts.
