40% to 45% of the vote is nearly always guaranteed to each candidate with the battleground being the 20% to 10% in between. Most voters run on automatic.

If they can prove that via software shenanigans any vote was swapped or cast, this is about the highest level of treason. Any public official that can be tied to something like this should be tried for high treason. Which is why the slimiest of them will have some plausible deniability.

38 million? So we can add this to Trump's 72 million? Bringing it to 120 million? And thats not even factoring in the switch. If votes were switched, we're looking at a 74 million swing, bringing Trump's total to 146 million. According to this claim, Trump actually got between 120 and 146 million.

BS. Only way something like this would be possible is if they did a switcharoo, like if they took 16m from Biden and gave it to Trump, then took away 22m from Trump and gave it to Biden.
3 million would be enough if used in a few battleground states to change the presidential race. Pa, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia. All you need is to take the lead Trump had in these states, 800,000 in Pa, 300,000 in Michigan etc flip them to Biden.
