No way...

That is a huge number, are they claiming that only 142 ish million votes were actually cast?

I thought I was being pretty generous giving them 10 million fraudulent votes.

38 million will require extraordinary evidence, affidavits are a good start, but there better be some serious hard shit to prove 38 million.
