Repealing 230 kills all upstarts and protects those who can afford lawyers. This helps big tech, it doesnt hurt them.

Seriously. If the problem is social media censoring, how does declaring them publishers with an obligation to pick and choose what's on their platform help anything?

They're protected from liabilities from what people post. Removing it would allow people to sue FB/Twitter etc. if they feel they were harmed from the content that they're hosting. What'll probably happen is big tech co's will get a free pass and smaller companies will be bankrupted.

Yeah, they'd get "sued" to remove even more conservative content over somebody's feelings, and they'd say they have no choice but to kick even more people off. You can't sue a publisher to put content ON their publication.

You're absolutely right about the competition, though. It's classic corporatism. The globalists take advantage of an unregulated market, and then sponsor regulations that will cement their monopoly and prevent anyone else from entering the market.

That is exactly what Jack Dorsey said to Congress.

They used big tech like a bitch.

This is still just games. She might get the centrists with no memory to back her, but we all know she’s swamp.
