Graduated from a major university about a year ago and work in sales. However throughout the past year I’ve become very interested in “being the change you want to see” even if it’s just a local level.

My only issue is, my degree and experience is in sales. I have pretty good people and leadership skills I’d say but I’m completely clueless how I can even set myself up to try and crack into the system.

Does anybody have any advice as to where to start if I want to be involved and work in a role where I can have a say in my local government? Any advice is appreciated pedes.

Do us all a favor. Don’t become swamp. Keep your nose clean so no one can blackmail you. And don’t take money or favors from the wrong people just to get re elected. Always be true to the people, and you’ll go far like Trump.

All the Pelosis out there started off wanting to “be the change”. Just remember, don’t become SWAMP. And everything you do should better the PEOPLE.
