I am inclined to believe that you don't show your cards until you have them dead to rights (in this case in a courtroom). That said, perhaps it's a strategy to rattle the cage and see if someone screws up or rats others out (especially if you can work up the chain).
I think there's more than one way to rattle cages. You let them think you know more than you do, and catch them when they panic. Lin Wood, fills that roll pretty well, because he's bombastic.
Honestly that's why sydney powell has been earth shaking to me. She has the credibility and legacy to put on the line and she's out there talking about hammer and scorecard. Like I legit don't understand how she could think making it up would be a good idea which makes me thinks she's got them.
I don't think the target would be the higher ups in the fraud initially. It'd be the lowly peon. You then flip him and work your way up the chain (like organized crime). Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying this is probable, just that it's possible. I find it unlikely, but I'm mostly spit balling why he'd be saying what he's saying (and Sidney Powell) if he doesn't have the hard proof.
