Can't you read? It says right there at the bottom of the page:

This is not a final order and does not close the case.

Why is everyone dragging out negative stuff and interpreting it in the most negative way? What kind of self-sabotaging masochists do that?

What do you think are the next steps for this case?

To me, seems the request for relief was denied.

Does this idiot not recognize that that is NO excuse for not being allowed to challenge?

WTF?

Seriously...

Maricopa county GOP did the same thing - didn’t even show up. The chairman has since resigned.

I watched the hearing live and said the judge was looking for any excuse...it was not a trivial issue, the judge asked for the info at the very end.

Right then I knew the judge was looking for a reason to deny and this would suffice despite it not being correct.

I just hope the legal team assumed a loss and was already working on multiple appeals as well as multiple new cases.

If they appeal it goes to a higher court right? It was obvious in advance that these lower court judges will be too afraid to rule on something of this magnitude.

I think every court is faced with the threat of violence and death if their ruling changes to election.

Not even the SC is immune from it, they know if they rule for the RNC then cities will burn, riots will explode and more murders will happen in broad daylight.

They need to make sure the DNC, Biden, Bernie, Black Pastors all come out in support of the ruling publicly. They have to admit the fraud and get behind Trump.

Had an invitation been extended?

This judge is a Michigan judge. Not a federal judge. Don't pay attention to it. There is no law saying they have to attend anything to be a poll watcher.

There will be more disappointments. They're hoping a slew of initial negative reactions from low courts will break our spirit.

  1. This WILL get to SCOTUS and 2. State legislatures can declare the election too flawed to guide Electors, and pick them themselves. PA, WI, MI, GA, AZ all have Rep legislatures.

Feels like we're still so far behind. What is going to take to get this to the SCOTUS? These shitty lower level courts will just keep throwing these cases out.

It takes time to move up the chain in the court system. If this was a state ruling, it's unrelated to the federal lawsuits, so it will move up in the state courts.

I'm sick of it. The leftist media and tech giants are all pushing this "No Fraud" narrative and the courts keep giving them more ammunition.

Justice needs to be served. Period.

In due time...

Revenge is a dish best served, uh, you know the thing... (not discounting there is a timeline on this entire election issue)

Mich Supreme Court is majority pub. Give it time.

The time thing is what worries me. Literally one month out as of today to the electoral college vote.

Good, they are not the final “jury box”, no biggie, it just moves “on up”
