Another Option: If the states refuse to certify the election it goes to the congress. The congress votes by state delegation, meaning each state gets 1 vote. Party with the most state votes wins (Republicans).

What if only some states refuse to certify? Or what if just enough refuse to certify that neither candidate gets 270?
