I pick any old Trump tweet with a warning on it. Right click -> Inspect Element in Chrome. Lets you edit any text, hit enter, and it changes the text in the tweet. Hardest part is changing the picture - if you need to, I change my twitter avatar then inspect it and copy that url, replace the one on Trump's tweet. You can also do it in photoshopm never looks quite perfect, but easier.
