No. They have the actual data. That is where they identify the numbers of votes. Remember, in some cases they just dropped votes from Trump.

And if they wanted to make cheating less noticeable they would have structured algos with varying levels of triggers/manipulation. If differential = x% votes, swap a% votes or If differential = y% votes, swap b% votes or etc etc

They really have captured the data in multiple formats. It's just a question of if the right people are willing to hold them accountable.
